Terms of Use and Service

  • The commissioner is allowed to post work on any social media platform if the artist is properly credited

  • The commissioner is allowed to make commissions discrete

  • The commissioner cannot monetize directly from the artwork unless purchased the commercial license.

  • Non-Monetized Physical and Digital reproductions of the work are allowed.

  • The commissioner cannot claim the artwork as his/her work and must credit the original artist

  • The copyright of the work still falls to the artist

  • if terms are violated I can revoke any permission to the use of work

Artist's Condition

  • I am allowed to deny a commission depending on the request

  • Payment first before receiving the sketch and rendered image

  • No refunds during and after the artwork are made.

  • The artwork made will be displayed on my portfolio

license

commercial licenseallows the client to monetize directly from the work from the following:

  • advertisement and promotion

  • merchandising

The cost of a commercial license is twice the total commission price and will be provided with a certificate.The client can later avail the license
